These Mobile Terms of Service apply to text (SMS/MMS) messages sent by Opal Financial Services ("Opal", "we", "us"). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Program Description and Message Types

Opal Financial Services sends text messages to individuals who have opted in. Messages may include appointment reminders, responses to your inquiries, service updates, and promotional offers and news about our accounting, tax, and financial services.

Opt-In and Consent

You opt in by providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on a sign-up or contact form, by texting a keyword to our number, or by otherwise giving us your express written consent. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving our services.

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and plan. Opal does not charge any fee for the messages, but you are responsible for all carrier charges.

Opt-Out

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network and coverage.
